Line Width Tester

用途：

主要用于检测印制电路板内、外层半成品经显影蚀刻后（上绿油前）线路的上幅及下幅宽度，线间的距离，圆孔、盲孔、弧的直径和孔到边线的距离等。This machine is mainly used to measure the widths of inner and outer range of semi PCBs after etching (before solder masking). In addition, the distance between two lines, distance between holes and edge and diameters of different holes and arcs can also be measured.

扩展用途：IC芯片线宽距测量，薄膜宽度测量，LCD线路板测量。

Expanding usage: it can also be used to measure widths of IC wafer, thickness of films, LCD boards, etc.
